New account still under review after a week

Hi folks.

I created my Payoneer account on Oct 5th. When I try to log on, I still get the message 'Account blocked. Contact us.'

I called and email Support quite a few times, and I've been told that my application was under review and that it takes a couple of days to finish. Now it has been a week, but I still can't use the service.

Do you guys know up to how long this can take?
