Did they also notice something else that may have been up this year, resulting in reduced travel and use of credit cards?
Assuming the world will resume at some point in the coming year and people will be travelling again, I *WILL* need to use my card. Which by the way is valid until mid 2022.
What could make someone possibly think it's okay to close a card that has balance and is still valid? Is there a major problem at Payoneer that customers need to be aware of?
The email does not give any options to keep the card, it's a statement without warning, out of the blue.
So those are two questions. Let me add a third: is there any way to keep my card valid and usable?

Hey guys, I'm new here with a problem and hope this community can help solve this. I'm a blogger and freelancer; from November 2019, I quit blogging and freelancing for some personal reason. As a result, Transactions via Payoneer just totally stopped. After a long break, I started working from last month, and that's it for my back story.
A couple of days back, I had received an email from Payoneer stating, "We have noticed that there has been little or no usage of your Payoneer Prepaid Mastercard® card ending in XXXX in the past six months. Therefore, to better suit your needs and to avoid unnecessary fees, we are planning to close your card."
With some further instruction regarding the balance available on the card.
Now I want to request to revoke the cancellation order; sadly enough, I didn't found any useful way. I tried the live chat option, which showed me the message stating, "Searching for Agent," and the message option results in a bot reply.
Can anyone here point me in the right direction to request to cancel the card closing order?0 -

recently i has received an email from payoneer about closure my prepaid card! how to reactivate it? can i use ATM to withdraw my balance from my prepaid Master card?

I waited a long time in the queue for a customer service agent to arrive (maybe around an hour or two) in the live chat and then asked for a solution. And, she suggested if my card does get canceled, then contact through live chat again and, in the meantime, do some transaction, which I already did. So, send her the screenshot of my transaction history, and she suggests keeping transactions to avoid cancellation.

I tried to make transaction today but I failed , also I sent them before that I make transaction last month but they do close this option0
