Withdrawal conundrum

I have an odd situation.

I have money on my card.
My card is expired.
Therefore I cannot withdraw to my bank.
I cannot use the card as it is expired.
When I request a new card I receive the message: "You'll be able to order a Payoneer card once you've received payments of at least 100.00 USD (or equivalent) to your account in the previous 6 months."

All I want to do at this point is to withdraw my balance to my bank account since I no longer work for the service that requires me to have a Payoneer card,

Anybody faced this before and how did you resolve it.

I contacted support via email and never heard back.
