My Payment is "Processing" Since 7 Days!


I have a payment in the "Upcoming" section. It has been "pending" since a week ago. It was sent to me via "Make a Payment" service.

I've tried to contact Payoneer via phone, email, live chat, and Twitter but to no avail.

What's the reason for this delay? What should I do? I haven't received any email from Payoneer regarding this payment. The previous payment was approved quickly but this is taking a very long time!

Please help.

    facing same problem. ask your client to verify all of their information, once he/she is done doing that , you will be all set I think.

    They verified everything. That's really frustrating. I hope one of Payoneer support staff just tell me when I'll receive my payment.
