Is it possible to transfer funds to bank without a payoneer mastercard?

My Mastercard expired and order a new one, but the verification process takes forever. I'm planning to cancel it so that I can access my funds that are pending for almost a month now. I tried to contact support but no luck, whenever I click the support link it leads to a FAQ page.

@morga I have a USD balance and it was pending since October 1 because of the card renewal0
