Funds from my Payoneer account vanished

I received funds of $32 in my payoneer account (Customer ID 37880281) today from Fiverr (Payment ID 226340454). I transferred #31.37 from my payoneer account to my local bank account in Pakistan (Mobilink Microfinance Bank - Jazz Cash account # 03344041675). The balance of my payoneer account was debited by #31.37 but I didn't receive any confirmation from Payoneer regarding my transfer request neither I have received the transferred amount of $31.37 in my local bank account. Please resolve my issue!
