I sent request and haven't receive

I sent the request on October 7th and I haven't received it today complete 5 days. I have already contacted my bank but it informed me that it did not receive anything from the payoneer and any banking partner that works with Payoneer in Brazil. Could you please check what happens? Its not a normal. generally the Payoneer send money until 1 day.
