Payoneer won't let me add a bank account for withdrawal

A month ago, i removed a bank account which ii've used for withdrawals countless times due to personal reasons. Right now i'm currently unable to add the bank account once again, Payoneer says the name on the bank account and payoneer account differs. I've tried adding it as a recipient and i'm being asked to provide an invoice which doesn't make any sense. I've been using this bank account with this payoneer account prior to its removal so i'm confused on what the problem might be. Payoneer customer service have been replying my complaints with automated response, the live chat also isn't working. I'd really appreciate if someone does their job,thanks.
