Issue in verfication of documents

There is a pending transaction in my account for the last 7 days. I sent an e-mail for support but got no response.
Then I contacted them on live chat and they told me that my ID card is not verified and I was asked to resubmit the ID card. I submitted it again and waited for confirmation.
The next day I called again on live chat and they asked me to submit the ID card again. This has been going on for the last 7 days. Whenever I contact, I am asked to submit ID Card. Now, what does it mean to upload the same ID card over and over again? It will be the same every time. Every time the representative on live chat ask me to upload the ID Card photos on the live chat window and said it is ok now, wait for the approval. But the next time I contacted them, they tell me to re-upload it without giving me a reason. I am shocked by this behaviour from your support. Please note that I have not received any emails from support on this issue. It is amazing to me that your support has never been like this. The only solution I have now is to cancel my pending payment please so that I can reissue it from my advertiser in some other way. I sincerely hope that my problem will be solved immediately.
