we are facing problem of withdrawing to local company registered (Malaysia) banks. The bank account registration is completed and approved by payoneer. But, the transaction failed. It's been failed couple of times even we change to personal account of withdrawal. May i know how to solve the issue.

    Hi @sunrisehomecarerx , we see that the transfer made today is being processed. Once is processed by our system, you should be updated via email right after.

    hi, thanks for your speedy response. let's see if the transaction is successful. Just for your information, we just received an email today, saying that one of our previous transfers had failed and refunded back to payoneer account again. This is our 5th time failed of transfer and nd each time we asked for help in live chat or send in request. No-one is reaching us.

    one more question for clarification. To register a company bank account, when come to last part, COMFIRMATION OF PAYONEER DETAILS. it requests a birthdate! for this session as a company account. what to fill in?
