i dont understand why support not helping

i email them thru payoneer contact and they just send auto reply which didnt help. i go live chat it just closes. why arent they helping...

    Because they are unprofessional, they are holding payments for a lot of people and yet I still didn't receive any response about the reason for doing so.

    I don't know why payoneer still don't use automated system... Its most time consuming, i think manual banking didn't take that much time, as payoneer is taking. Not a good experience using payoneer

    Been using this service for at least one year, I thought this was way better than Paypal but I was clearly wrong, all things considered not even Paypal had the bright idea of keeping pending payments and verifications from customers. This platform is an utter disappointment.

    how am i supposed to apply for Community Federal Savings bank account when they dont even help me...????

    And now you completely denied my payment after God knows how many days, I'm literally done with this site and platform, I said and I repeat again, lack of professionalism.

    They don't care about what's going on, they are doing just one thing to not response anyone.
    I think it's time to shift to another platform.
