Payoneer still not approved my supplier account

I am badly disappointed with their support and approval department, I have submitted a billing invoice in my receipt bank account verification center, Payoneer support didn't approve when I contacted the support agent" He Took Just 1 Day " to approve the invoice but, 4 days has been passed I didn't get a response from them. My partner project payment delayed and he requested my please break the partnership with me, please let me know what I do now if he breaks the business deal with me then who will responsible for that. I requested to Payoneer much time please resolve this issue on a priority basis even, they disabled the live chat option with my Payoneer account. Truly I got too bad an experience.
