After Payment Declined, Request a Payment Option Not Available

Hello, I have made a payment request on 13 October 2020, and the payment was declined. Can you let me know the reason for the cancellation of my request? I am sharing my Customer ID below please review it and let me know what is wrong with it. And after that, I don't found an option in my Payoneer account to make a payment request at receive dropdown. please let me know what is the reason because I have not received any email regarding the cancellation of payment. I have not received any email of the Cancellation of Payment from Payoneer.

    Hello, @Valentino_Payoneer My account has been blocked when I log in to my account it said that your account has been blocked. how can I unblock it? I have received my new Payoneer card and the account is blocked, I want to unblock it ASAP.
