Ordered a US Card 15 days ago (Oct, 02nd), complained to Support via Chat 2 times, and nothing came out of all of this wasted time, thank god I didn't deposit any more money.
I think taking my business elsewhere will be better, for my mental health.

    The support is rubbish, it feels more like this company is controlled by total amateurs.
