Address verification trouble

Hi, I am from Bangladesh. I have withdrawn some amount of dollars from a marketplace to my Payoneer account. But I have got a mail from Payoneer that I have to submit my identity and address verification. I have submitted the NID front and backside pictures. I have no smart ID card, that's why I have submitted NID. But a couple of days have passed, still, my documents are under review. What can I do now? Suppose, my documents are rejected, then, what about my pending dollars? Do they refund it to my marketplace account?
