Money funded on expired card

Hello,

I am Upwork freelancer and I have two Payoneer cards and money funded on the old expired instead of new activated card.

Please, help me with this. My customer ID: 23560152

    Generally, it should automatically transfer to your new activated card but if it is stuck on the old card, please call our team so they will verify your details and manually move the funds

    I also face this same issue and your support team not responded my email and my request.
