Still no support from Payoneer Customer Services- Just Bots telling me what I already know

It has been over a week now and still no reply from Payoneer regarding my problem. Just a constant jumping back and forth on the website FAQ with no solution. I have been trying to register my new phone number but every time I want to do via mail or other it instructs me to get a code via two-step authentication. The problem is I no longer have the old phone number where the authentication is being sent! Whenever I mail Payoneer to ask for them to unblock my account and delete two-step authentication I get a bot trying to solve my issues, unsuccessfully. Please get hold of me and let me withdraw my funds again, with my new cellphone number! Come on, please get it right
