New card order placed but still at pending approval status

I have been trying to reach your customer support for the last 2 weeks they have been canceling my live chat request and after submitting a request from the customer support portal I get an auto-generated response. I was told to have a $40 payment to order the card via DHL; I got the payment. Now can any of your employees process my order, please?
