Payment withdrawal issue.

I really don't want to file a complaint against payoneer but it is too much for me right now I've made a transaction on 9oct which was supposed to be in my bank account on 12oct but still I got nothing I also made two transaction after that and they are saying they need more time its my weekly payment and I'm really frustrated with this cause every time I call them they gave me 24-48hr to wait from their side and its been two week the last thing I want to file a complaint against this system cause I don't think they are checking things properly.
