My global payment questionnaire isn't approved yet

I had an issue with bank approval, since I added a new bank and there were some additional information required, I submitted my id and questionnaire, the ID is approved but questionnaire is still under review. I am an expert on fiver, how does it mostly take? its been more than 6 days now since I submitted that questionnaire, I tried contacting via support too but I got a generic email that it would take 3 days.
