Payment Under Review

I received a payment through request a payment option on 21st October but it is still under review. I contacted customer support, Payoneer's Facebook and email but didn't get a response from anyone. I have also completed all the information required in verification center.
I need to know how long it will take to receive my payment as I urgently need it and the delay is causing me a lot of problems.
