Why Payoneer is not letting me self-load the balance using Global payment Service? I am angry!!!

I have sent 150 Euros to my account ( same as it was done before when I signed up for the cards ) but Payoneer starter restricting the self-loading. Why so? It is very inconvenient and it should NOT be restricted! If they do restrict the self-loading payment from owners of accounts and other individuals then Payoneer is a useless thing - too many restrictions. It is not worth an effort to keep accounts just to receive money from very few businesses and platforms. Any comments on that ?
Also I received a very stupid message from support when they finally decided to send back my transfer to me ..... see this :
