"Pending Approval" since 2 months

My card was lost and I had to report it for cancelation. I ordered a new one and it has been pending approval for 2 months now. Everytime I try to post a query from support center, I get a automatic reply to wait for a month or so. What has happened to Payoneer? Can anyone help me in this?
