Address verification issue

Hi, I am glad to use payoneer first of all, but the hindrance which made my way to here is the no existing step to reach live chat support.. :|
As i am facing trouble with address verification option which i received lately. The documents they are asking for doesn't imply to me.. as i don't own any home nor living under rent but a house in the name of my parents.. so all the utility bills are also under their name... but issue is this verification is asking for such a bill or house document or bank detail which is under my name.. and i don't have anything under my name even the bank account attached of my father.. so how should i entertain that verification process.. :'( Please guide me.. :s
I have also sent request.. but as the issue was not listed in the dropdown.. so i randomly selected my account is locked category but wrote my appeal... and what i got is extremely useless.. they forwarded me an automated message without really understanding the query i typed in the message :# ..
