Pending Transaction

My money has been pending for the last two weeks. I had uploaded all the verification documents that were requested and Payoneer is still reluctant to allow me access to my money. I don't understand why I should me made to beg for my money. Furthermore, Payoneer takes the whole week to respond to a message, and when they respond, they only tell me that they have received the documents but do absolutely nothing to solve my problem. This is a very poor customer service! (Customer ID 35209482)
