pay stubs / quarterly income

I am in need of pay stubs, which Payoneer doesnt seem to show, or a detailed report of my quarterly income from a specific month/year to another specific month/year. Any ideas on how I can retrieve this? Its due to unemployment neededing to see my 1099 income per quarter, or weekly pay stub. The monthly statements here doesnt provide enough info for them to use I guess.
