Incorrect bank details


I made a mistake in entering my bank details on Payoneer. I used the card number instead of the account number. I was thinking that it won't be approved if the details were incorrect. It was on review at first, then it was approved. So I withdrew it to that card. However, no funds were transferred. I checked on the transfer details on my app, it says it's completed. But when I called the bank, it said they didn't receive any or no pending payment is in place. How do I go about it. Also, what is the phone number for customer support for Payoneer here in the Philippines? It's so hard to contact you guys. The links just brings me to the contact us page. I got a number it said only PLDT smart and sun users. But I am a Globe user, how do I go about that?

    Same situation here. I made a mistake in my bank account details so they kept asking for a copy of my passport. The last time I submitted, it said approved but it still says ACTION REQUIRED for my bank details. I can't find a way to email or contact support directly. Can you please post the contact number here? Thanks.
