My Card renewal request is not getting processed

I ordered for a card since the 27th of August and it still hasn't been processed. I've been trying to reach out to customer support for help but it has virtually become impossible. I keep getting an autoresponder answer and it isn't solving my problem. I'm getting frustrated by this.
