Rejected By The Bank/Credit Card Company

Hello,
 
I have often mentioned "Rejected By The Bank/Credit Card Company" problem. The payer asked bank service and they said that all is right from they side and they they did not see any status and nothing at all from payoneer. Could you please help me, what I should to do next?

    Unfortunately this error means that Payoneer tried to charge your card, and the card company did not authorize the charge. You will need to contact them for assistance, or alternatively get in touch with our customer support department: http://www.payoneer.com/contactUs.aspx
