When I Request New Card payoner said "Wrong details"

It looks like payoner don`t recognize my old card. I wrote 16 digit card number from it and password that i use, but I always recieve "Wrong details" message. And now they even say: "You have 1 more try before your account is locked" I don`t want try it one more time, but I need new card.
And there no button to contact support, what I need to do?
