Account Issue

I am a freelancer and I have provided details of my account and business in verification option. However, out of no where my account is not working and am not able to send payment request. Later I received an email which states that it is the issue of my businesses line whereas I already mentioned all my freelancing details. Secondly, I have 74 US dollars in my account which I can not withdraw to my account to the minimum amount limit. kindly also provide a solution for this problem. Lastly, do I have to make a new account with the same details or Payoneer team can re activate my account. What should I do?
