Account Issue

Today I received an email which stated that I cannot payment request as due to business line issue in my account where as I am a freelancer and I have provided details of my account and business in verification option . I am not able to comprehend these issues as I have provided all details which the system asked for. So, kindly take a look at my account issue and please inform me as my payments have been held and I am facing lots of problems. Secondly, I have 74 US dollars in my account which I can not withdraw to my account to the minimum amount limit. kindly also provide a solution for this problem. Lastly, do I have to make a new account with the same details or Payoneer team can re activate my account.
