Account balance blocked

My account has a very good financial history, I have all my documents verified as required by Payoneer and I also have my Payoneer debit card. Out of nowhere, my account has been blocked by Payoneer for no reason. I tried to contact customer service, but they tell me that the payment department will contact me directly via e-mail in 3 - 5 business days and it already been almost 1 month that my account has been blocked and I have not received any information from them.

The balance that I have in my Payoneer account is still there and I cannot withdraw it. I need someone from the payment department to contact me so I can withdraw my money that is in my account and then proceed to close my Payoneer account (since I do not have a response from anyone when I call regarding my account).

My employer also sent an email to Payoneer customer service that the payment was withdrawn from their bank account, but it has not reached my account.

Please I need someone from the payment department to contact me or someone to tell me where is the money that I have in my Payoneer account? (When I call customer service they just tell me that they can't give me more details about my account)
