Wire Transfer to a Transferwise account: transaction completed, but money not received...

It's been 3 business days that I made a Wire Transfer(in USD) to a bank account. The Account details were from a trasnferwise account.
In my payoneer dashboard, says that the transaction was completed, but the bank account still don't receive the money.

What's going on?
