Payment Transferred to Bank Account But no money

Unfortunately I am having an issue I will break It Down By email
So this started on Oct 12 2020 The First Email I received Was This
Payment Transferred to Your Bank Account Your payment from ---- is now being processed.
Your payment is expected to arrive within 2 business days. Payments processed late in the day or outside business hours typically arrive within 3 business days. Mon, Oct 12 at 5:49 PM
And then I Receive this email
Reference Number: 201015-023540
Thank you for providing us with a bank statement. Unfortunately we are still missing some details in order to update your bank account information in our system.
To proceed with your request we ask that you would please provide us with the following: your routing number.
Once we have your reply we would update your bank account details in our system according to the information you provided.
So I reply back to this email with the information requested MY ROUTING NUMBER.
And get a response back saying
Payment Method Changed You recently changed the method by which you would like to receive payments from ----.
Your new payment method is Bank Account GBT. Thu, Oct 29 at 3:05 PM
Then I get a email for the second time saying Payment Transferred to Your Bank Account
Your payment from ---- is now being processed.
Your payment is expected to arrive within 4 business days. Payments processed late in the day or outside business hours typically arrive within 5 business days. Thu, Oct 29 at 4:05 PM
But I Still do not have any money in my account. I called payoneer about 4 days ago about this issue he said he has transferred it to the bank department something along those lines and said i would get a email within 2 days.
I have been calling about this one payment almost every week and would like to receive my payment..
Also I Have noticed The payment said completed under the Transactions Tab But now it is pending under the upcoming tab here is the latest history of this payment

I DONT understand why this payment would be under review AGAIN When I have ALREADY PROVIDED THE REQUSTED DOCUMNETS VIA BANK DOCUMENT IN THE VERIFICATION CENTER AND THEN MY ROUTING NUMBER VIA EMAIL WHEN REQUESTED AS SHOWN ABOVE
I Am also going to be paid again shortly and would like to be able to have my money in my bank account
I am sure it is not payoneer customer care at fault everyone I have spoke with on the phone was very polite and professional
I am asking if anyone can help me this is my only source of income and I have bills like everybody else..

Just joined Payoneer and already heavily disappointed and on the edge to check what legal options I have. Withdrawn 1000 USD to my Greek bank account on November 13, the transfer was approved and allegedly completed the same day and now, more than a week later, the money still isn't there. Sent 3 inquiries and got only automated answers with no answer. When I click on the payment in Payoneer I don't get the option "Get confirmation" so I even cannot contact my Greek bank to check on this. No chance to ever get through to a Live help chat agent.
It seems they also messed up my choice to have the card by DHL delivered. Sent two weeks ago two messages that I want a DHL delivery, once when I applied for the card and once when it got approved. Seems they sent it by regular mail according to a mail info I got. Even after 3 inquiries I still get only automated answers with no relevant content whatsoever and, of course, you get never through to an agent at Live help.
Really highly disappointing how Payoneer treats us.0
