Is my account ready for use?

My payoneer account has been approved, but the bank document and global payment details I submitted are under review, please, I want to know if I can still receive money regardless?

Unfortunately I cannot seem to send an email as I keep getting an automated response and livechat isn't working.

So, there's apparently no way to contact payoneer at the moment that I know of.
