what Happened to the payment I sent?

I sent a payement to a friend on November 2ed , on November 4th it was approved, till today he didn't receive it even though I got an email stating that he will receive the funds within the next business day, I doubled checked the information and everything is correct, I tried Contacting payoneer support but no answer.
