Link your Payoneer account with Bank partners (Anna Money, GCash, JazzCash, Kuda etc.) FAQ

There are various ways Payoneer users can access their funds from their Bank partners accounts, such as:

  • Registration via Bank partner.

    If your bank supports Payoneer registration, you will be able to register a Payoneer account directly from there.

  • Adding a Bank partner payment source.

    You can link your existing Payoneer account to your bank account if supported.

To receive funds, it is necessary to log in to your Bank partner’s account and choose to transfer funds from Payoneer.

Important note:

  • If you require instructions on how to navigate your online Bank account to make a transfer or experience technical difficulties with it, it is needed to contact your Bank directly.

  • If you have a failed transfer, your Bank will be able to assist you as well to settle the transaction.

  • You can view specific limits and fees in your Bank’s online account.

    My jazzcash is showing "Your Payoneer account is inactive" I contact to costumer support and they ask me to add Jazzcash to your Payoneer account.

    Can any one help me on this issue, How to add Jazzcash in Payoneer?

    Hi there,
    I have successfullty linked my jazzcash account with payoneer account but now my jazzcash app is showing "your payoneer account is inactive Please contact Payoneer customer support for further assistance".
    Why is this happening with me?
    My Payoneer account is approved \ and active.
    My jazzcash account is active too so why am I facing this problem? It is so annoying. I am having the worst experience with Payoneer.

    Please be advised that once you receive an email stating that your Payoneer account has been approved this issue should be resolved. If it still persists, please contact our support team.

    I am facing the same issue after linking my jazzcash account with payoneer account.
    I am having the worst experience with payoneer.
    I am trying to contact support team but they did not reply to my email.
    I don't know what to doo now

    Hi everyone,

    Last night, I tried to withdraw some money through my JazzCash mobile app as I had done in past, but this time what actually happened was JazzCash gave me a service error and did not withdraw my money as my remaining balance in my JazzCash account app is still the same. On the contrary, my money has been deducted from my Payoneer account twise.

    Kindly help me fix it and get my money back.

    same issue here!

    on 31 march i made a transaction of 29.40$ to my jazz cash. Transaction status in payoneer is completed but i did not received amount in my jazzcash account. Jazzcash representative on thier helpline asking me to provide them with reference number and transaction ID. i had provided them with TID which as per Payoneer dashboard and Refrence Nubmer i received in email is same but they are saying both should be different.

    they are denying to assist me further in this case, because i did not received their so called different Ref. No. i also made a complaint regarding this matter on payoneer support platform but no response from there too.

    I'm facing the similar issues regarding linking my JazzCash account to Payoneer. and I've provided all the information that is required at the time of verification on 24th of march and 2nd of April, need to how long will they take to approve the documents by the verification centre.
