So about 2 months ago, I wanted to change the country on my payoneer account and was told to create a new payoneer account with a new email instead. Live chat was helpful, they closed my old account and transferred everything to my new account. I sent them all the info they needed for the account but some days later I got an email that my address verification document couldn't be accepted. I had no time to reply the message or provide new document because of a major exam I was preparing for.

Now every email I send with the new document get an autoresponse and marked solved, live chat gets disconnected. I even tried calling payoneer but got butted off the call!

How do I reach someone?
