Account blocked, no reason

Hello, my account is blocked in sign up process and i can't do anything.
Reset password or login i get error messages like "Account blocked. Contact us." or "Your account access appears to be restricted"

    Same problem with my account and there was $482 was in pending. I also need help from pyoneer to recover my account :(
