My Smart NID card is under review more then 40 days. (Thinking about close the account.)

My Smart NID card is under review for more than 40 days. I have sent several emails for help but did not find any solution.

So I am thinking about close the current account and open a new one and verify that for my transaction.

Can I use the same email (From the current account) to create a new account?

Or what you guys suggest?
