Don’t have access to EUR currencies

I contact you because I don't have access to the devise EUR. Please unlock it for my account, it's very important.

I am French and when I write an email, I receive an automatic message.

The support center and the phone number does not help since I don't have EUR available in my account. How can I do to unlock the EUR devise so I can apply ?

I just can apply to CAD - JPY, not EUR, why ?
