How do I withdraw in US$ to my Bank account? My Payoneer card has expired

I don't have a US$ option when I try to withdraw and the other currency options say I have 0 balance when I have a US$ balance.

I find it very strange I can't find an email address or live chat to actually ask for help.

Not happy!
