request a payment asking for business profile

I am an individual freelancer and i don't have a business, when i try to request a payment payoneer is asking me for a business profile which i don't have, did i make some mistake while signing up? I cannot find anywhere in settings whether my account is individual or business any suggestions on how to proceed?

I have the same problem and payoneer doesn't reply my requests that are 2 weeks.
Did they solve you the problem already?
