Hi,

Did any of you had this message when tried to transfer from USD to EURO. And what is the Solution?

Error: "At this time, we don’t support transferring to a balance whose currency is the same as your local currency"

    This message means that due to financial regulations the transaction cannot be performed.

    We kindly advise you to use other currencies in the service.

    Hi:
    I have the same problem as @ashikulislam.
    I have some money in my USD wallet, but my local currency is Euros.
    I've ordered a Prepaid Master Card in Euros, but I can't transfer money from my USD wallet to my Euros wallet. I got the same message.
    Valentino_Payoneer: Does that mean that I can't use my Prepaid Master Card in my country?

    Hi @Mariet

    Due to local financial regulations currency exchange is not supported for some of them in specific economic areas. The card can be used worldwide, but the exchange currency option for the local currency will not work.
