Payoneer support sucks

I opened a Payoneer account a month ago. Now I realize I have not submitted my document properly that's why it is still under review. I tried to contact Payoneer support to resubmit my doc. But Payoneer support sucks. There is no live chat, No emails reply, No call (for a new account). Is there no value for new customers? Now please someone help me how can I resubmit my proper documents.
