What does this error message mean?

I always receive this message when I attempt to connect my Payoneer and Onlinejobsph accounts.

"You cannot connect onlinejobs.ph to this Payoneer account. Please apply for a new Payoneer account through onlinejobs.ph using a different email address"

What am I supposed to do here? I use the same email address for both accounts since the employer I work for requires me to use only one email address for both so I can get paid.

Please advise.
