I only use Payoneer to charge for my space on airbnb, I never had problems or used my Mastercard, I do not understand why my account was blocked if I provided all the information they asked for, including my dual nationality passport.

I do not have access to my funds, nor can I see them, I need them urgently since I am not able to rent my space due to the covid and restrictions in my country.

It has been more than 5 days that I called, or made inquiries and only got automatic answers without finding a solution to my problem. How do I access or withdraw my funds? (they are all 100% transparent aribnb payments).
