I still don't have EUR receiving account enabled by the system.

Hi Payoneer team,
My customer ID is 40676453. I tried to contact you via chat, phone or email. But, I didn't have any success. I have only USD and GBP receiving accounts in my receiving accounts. I don't have any EUR receiving account in my Global receiving accounts page and even don't have an option to manually request. I am working under a testing company and they pay payments via EUR currency. Therefore, I really need to have EUR receiving account details like IBAN details. I even verified my account. So, I request you to enable me EUR receiving account as soon as possible. Thanks.
