USD Card in "Pending Approval" for two months - Poor Customare Service

I sent a new USD Card order because the last one is overdue. That request was in 14-sept. Today, two months later, I don't have any news and I don't have any verification information or document request neither. Every support ticket I create is created in "Solved" status. It's really incomprehensible how bad a customare service of Payoneer is.

I need a solution please, I can't do payments, I'm stuck with my money in the ether!
